These things are JUNK !!
These were the best cutters in the world,then comes Cooper Tools.These cutters will not open, cut,or strip.Like an idiot, I bought 2 pairs, now I have 2 piecesof CRAP. I threw them in the garbage. Don't buy these. -
Brand name worked again
I have been using Xcelite tools for many years and when given the choice of unknown brands or Xcelite, I chose this one.
There is another one that is called a Brilliant cut (also a very good diamond) cant be sparklier than that... It also depends on the quality of the diamond.
