I bought these earrings for my Mom at Christmas and we love them. My husband got me a similar pair from a nice jewelry store. I looked for a while to find something like mine, until I saw these at Amazon and they were about $50.00 less expensive. These are really pretty and a great deal. -

They're beautiful! Yes they are thin and light, but that's what I like for earrings, nothing too heavy ripping my earlobe off. If you worry about losing them, just put a rubber back on them. They are very shiny. Nice for dress up or casual wear. I keep saying they because I bought them in white...

— The “Art of Educating” is alive and well at the Arthur I. Meyer Jewish Academy. The philanthropic community of the Palm Beaches came out in force to support the independent Jewish day school during its annual gala November 2nd. More than two hundred people filled the Norton Museum of Art to bid on auction items and to honor Meyer Academy’s immediate past-president, Steven Ellison.
Despite difficult economic times, patrons showed their generosity and proved their support of Meyer Academy by exceeding the school’s fundraising goal during the sold-out event. The funds raised will be used toward tuition assistance, the school’s ever-expanding sports and arts programs as well as its state-of-the-art technology program.
Among the many fabulous auction items, including vacation packages to Park City, Utah and Aspen, Colorado, the highlight of the evening was the auction of Stampar Jewelers’ two karat, oval-cut diamond earrings.
