the best way is take them to a wheel refurbishment company they usually charge around £50 a wheel for stripping paint/lacquer repairing scrapes dings ect and repainting or polishing and lacquering.

Im making my own branding iron. I thought Id have design printed on paper, glued on a large bolt nut, engraved and then a handle welded on. The nut is really hard! What burs will do the job? Do I need diamond powder coated?
